If you look at "Root | Temps | MEM | Swap" just above the tint2 bar that section is all that ever shows on the screen, but the information rotates every 2.5 seconds, or whatever you set "update_interval" in conky to use. I tried 1 second, too fast and 5 was boringly slow!
